Hargeysa, (HargeisaPress) —Shirkadda DP WORLD iyo Xukuumadda Dubai (Government of Dubai), ayaa si rasmi ah u kala saxeexday heshiiska kama dambaysta ah ee lagu horumarinayo dhismaha Aagga cagaaran ee cashuuraha ka caagan ee Somaliland (a greenfield economic free zone), kaasoo door ku yeelan doona koboca dekedda Berbera.
