OSLO, (HargeisaPress) — Over 200 Somalilanders attended the event in Oslo to listen to Minister Yonis brief the community on the progress the nation has made in trade relations with Ethiopia, development of Berbera Corridor and Port, elections, refugees from Yemen and the purpose for his mission to Norway.
The event included a number of speakers from the local Diaspora community and ended with a keynote speech by Minister Yonis. The overwhelming turnout, which was standing room only, demonstrated the high level of interest from the local community in the first visit by a Somaliland Foreign Minister.
