HARGEYSA– At the forum, the government outlined its development agenda focused on three key priorities: Security and Social Cohesion, Inclusive Governance, and Economic Growth.
These priorities are supported by targeted reforms in justice, electoral systems, revenue mobilization, and public financial management.
Additionally, strategic investments in infrastructure, energy, and digital transformation will drive economic growth, job creation, and regional trade competitiveness.
International development partners welcome Somaliland’s development agenda,emphasizing alignment of priorities, mutual accountability, transparency, and effective aid coordination.
